TAI CHI for HEALTH MISSION STATEMENT:

To share self-healing practices that unify the natural flow of energy in mind, body, and spirit - To encourage openness, self-health awareness and healing joy for all ages and stages of recovery.

Tai Chi practice enhances well-being and balance, mental and physical, relaxation, plus energy; and Susan sometimes sings the tai chi directions, just for fun.

She teaches Tai Chi for Health for the Cleveland Clinic's Healthwise Connection and Chronic Pain Rehab Dept., as well as for Senior Outreach Services, The Gathering Place, Holden Arboretum and Beachwood's Recreation Dept.   Her students attend Free classes (4), or pay fees from $2, $4, $8, to $10.
